Diana Villegas | Licensed Insurance Agent

Hi, I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Diana Villegas, and I have been working as a customer service representative since 1996. I currently am working for Strohm Agency and have been for over 4 years. I am bilingual, so that helps with the Spanish clientele. I worked for another insurance company before Strohm Agency for 11 years and have my customer service representative license through the State of Florida. I love helping people understand insurance. I like what I do and love my Sunshine State.

Angela Baker | Licensed Insurance Agent

My name is Angela Baker. I have my Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License and have been working in insurance since January 2008. I sort of fell into the industry, but quickly realized I'm great as an agent and decided to make this my career!

I graduated from USF with my bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications in December 2007. I think that because of my degree, it’s helped me to understand and empathize with my clients on a level that most cannot. I also truly care about what’s best for my client and making sure they know I’m here for them.

In my spare time I enjoy working out, camping, and most weekends I’m either at a music show or festival!

Kathy Pidany | Licensed Insurance Agent

My name is Kathy Pidany. I've worked for Edward Strohm since 2019. I currently have a customer service license through the state of Florida. I've been in the insurance industry since 1985. I previously was an automobile claims adjuster and property damage claim adjuster in Florida. After 20 years of handling claims, I decided to educate people about their coverage and their policies before they had a claim and became a Customer Service Representative.  I love sunshine, the beach, laughter, and being around positive people.
